The W825 recipe is the pearl of the collection of artisanal chocolates of the "Mir" factory (Dnipro, Ukraine). It is made from a proprietary chocolate mass, based on cocoa bean butter from Ecuador, Cameroon and Cote d'Ivoire.
The W825 recipe is ideal for any chocolate products, candies, glazes, cakes, pastries; for ganache, for molding figures, for exquisite decor, mousses, sauces, cookies, drinks.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla flavor. Minimum cocoa butter content 31%. May contain traces of dairy products, nuts, peanuts.
