Milk chocolate 36% discs M740 TM Delice D'or
Description: universal balanced chocolate of Ukrainian production. For professional use, has a convenient and already familiar to confectioners form of discs (chips, calettes)
Flow: ●●●○○ (3/5)
The M740 recipe complements the collection of artisanal chocolates of the "Mir" factory (Dnipro, Ukraine). It is made from a proprietary cocoa mass containing a mixture of selected cocoa beans from Ecuador, Cameroon and Ivory Coast, which are subsequently intertwined and uniquely combined with specially selected milk components from the largest dairy factories in Europe.
Certain modes of roasting cocoa beans, and then strict adherence to the proportions of beans from specific growth zones guarantee the fullest and most saturated taste of cocoa products. A specially selected recipe for conching chocolate mass guarantees a harmonious and balanced taste of the final product. The M740 recipe has a full, absolutely saturated balanced chocolate taste. The highlight of the recipe is a light caramel-vanilla flavor resulting from a high-quality and long process of conching chocolate, as well as the use of a certain type of vanilla in this type.
